The led phosphor dispensing program is a fairly basic part of the LED process. Let's see how it is done.
Ready to work:
1. Open and inspect all LED production equipment (oven, precision electronic scale, vacuum box)
2. Clean the small beaker used for the glue with acetone.
3. Prepare the required mass production specifications or corresponding contact sheets, and the corresponding type of glue, and confirm that they are all within the effective period of use.
Start dispensing with glue:
1. Dispensing sequence description: Brightener + A glue is mixed according to the ratio (can be dispensed once according to the order), and finally the phosphor + B glue is added in proportion to the mixture (should be stirred evenly) and then vacuumed.
2. Calculate the required weight of each material according to the proportion and production quantity of the phosphor in the “Production Specification†or the engineering notice.
3, adjust the precision electronic said four bases so that the electronic scale is horizontal.
4. Place the clean small beaker on the precision electronic scale. After returning to zero, weigh the required weight of phosphor and A and B glue according to the ratio of the phosphor in the mass production specification.
5. Stir the prepared phosphors by hand for 20 minutes to 30 minutes until the phosphors are evenly distributed.
6. Vacuum the prepared fluorescent gel until it is invisible. After taking it out, put it on a clean glass cover at room temperature. Stir in the same direction for 2 minutes to 3 minutes before use. Stirring speed per revolution. 2 seconds to 3 seconds.
