Following TheVoid and Zero latency, VR theme parks are also increasing. Notionvr has been arranging VR playgrounds long ago and they have now launched 43 VR rides. NotionVR's entertainment program usually requires multiple players to work together, and the price is relatively cheaper, only 30 US dollars per hour.
NotionVR's projects include the content of the three platforms htc vive, oculus rift, and gear vr, and also introduced the social platform AltSpace VR. Christian Bouw, NotionVR's founder, is convinced that the somatosensory and interactive VR experience is more in line with current needs, which may be similar to the fun provided by the Nintendo Wii console several years ago. NotionVR's amusement park is located in Washington DC, where there are 14 htc vive-related experience projects.
Similar to NotionVR, "VR Junkies" and "Scene75 Entertainment Center" are also VR-oriented offline experiences. VR Junkies is located in Oren University, Utah. They have introduced 8 VR contents for visitors in the exhibition hall. VR Junkies will be closed for one day a week and usually open at 10am in the morning.
The Scene75 Entertainment Center selected Dayton as the main base. The VR Amusement Park has 10 different Vive Experience Sites, including 15 high-quality VR games. The Scene75 entertainment center is even cheaper than NotionVR and costs just $24 an hour. Scene75 is currently undergoing a positive transformation, trying to provide a completely different scene experience than home-style VR entertainment, and then moving closer to TheVoid and Zero latency.
The current price of VR devices is still high, and consumers who are interested in virtual reality may choose a suitable VR playground at a reasonable price to perform the first-time experience.
