Avago Introduces New Series of HB SMD Tri-Color LED Products "ASMT-YTB0"

Topic: Industry It is reported that Avago Technologies has launched a new series of compact high-brightness three-color surface-adhesive LED products, "ASMT-YTB0".

ASMT-YTB0 is available for indoor and outdoor full color standards and video display applications. The size is 4.4mm × 4.4mm × 3.5mm, and a silicone encapsulation material is used to extend the optical output performance after long-term use. The streamlined ASMT-YTB0 package is designed for indoor and outdoor LED screen requirements, providing screen resolution (greater than 12mm pixel size) and high brightness performance output. It also provides 6 pins, which can display various color outputs including white through independent control of each light-emitting chip, and has enhanced temperature management capability.

ASMT-YTB0 provides an independent thermal path for each LED chip, so it can be driven at higher currents, making these surface-adhesive LEDs operate in a wide range of environmental conditions with reliability. These new three-color LEDs are suitable for Indoor and outdoor video display screens, advertising play boards, and sports event scoreboard applications.

The ASMT-YTB0 series of LEDs are compatible with the reflow process and are certified for moisture sensitivity level 2a (MSL 2a) for surface mount production environments. Available in PLCC-6 packaging, it provides better color control and contrast for full color display and video application design engineers and a wide viewing angle of 115 degrees.
