Today I mainly talk about my current ideas and ideas on the AV system.
The idea of ​​AV system formation
1. The home theater is set up as a projection + panoramic sound system, with the family's NAS network to play the Blu-ray original disc.
2. Taking into account the space and aesthetics of the living room, the panoramic sound is mainly group 5.1.4. The sky channel's rear channel uses a ceiling unit, so that the ceiling can be completely hidden. The front sky channel uses a reflection box, although the effect It is not as good as hanging speakers, but it can solve aesthetic problems. For wiring, cloth two sky channels, two surround channels, and the first three and the reflective channels are not clothed for easy adjustment. In addition, the front of the amplifier, high-definition machine, etc. I intend to go on a device rack. This does not seem cluttered on the TV cabinet, but pay attention to the installation location of the panel when wiring.
3. Don't do TV background walls. Use white walls as curtains. This can save the cost of a background wall, but the sockets and slots of the curtain must be reserved.
4. If you plan to use a pneumatic bracket, the adjustment range is relatively large. In addition, two HDMI cables are used for wiring. At the same time on the Power Supply to the projection Socket with a separate switch, placed next to the sofa for easy management.

The concept of panoramic sound wiring
Before installing in the home, the most important thing is to advance the wiring problem, we first look at Dolby's official installation instructions
It can be seen that the standard Dolby panoramic sound requirements for the emperor's position are in the rear of the room, but for our living room party, especially the sofa against the wall, this space structure is certainly not up to requirement. , unable to meet the requirements of the post space. Therefore, it can only be compromised. After the ceiling speaker is installed, it is basically on the top of the sofa, and the reflection is in front of the sofa. This is close to the official requirements.
My living room environment is not ideal. The video wall is 4.3m long and nearly 4m wide. It is close to a square, but on the other side, it is a restaurant. This leads to asymmetrical listening environments. Those who do not have independent audiovisual rooms are so helpless.
The projection I use now is the acer V7500, 4M distance 133-150 inches no problem, I like the big, basically pushed to the largest size.

Surrounding, then, the sofa against the wall can only rely on the wall, the width of Dolby's request should be wider than the front main speakers, but the front has only 30cm from the side, so that the surrounding may only rely on the edge, At high altitude, the acoustic speaker is at or slightly above the ear level when seated, and about 120 cm should be sufficient.
In Dolby's official guidance, the width of the sky channel should be in line with the main speakers, so that my top ceiling box should also be 30cm from the side, the width in the middle is about 3.6m, and people are leaning on the sofa. When the ear is about 20-30cm from the wall, so that the ceiling sound embedded in the ceiling when the ear is located behind, be considered to meet the requirements of the rear sky channel, but certainly not enough 45 degrees. The front sky channel adopts reflection type, and the speaker is placed on the main speaker. This can ensure that the main speaker and the sky channel are all in one line. Although the effect is certainly not as good as the overhead, in the living room I think beauty is also very important. I hang a speaker in the center of the living room. The wife can't pass it, or make a compromise.
