Hongli Optoelectronics will invest 28 million raised funds in the subsidiary Ledia Lighting

Hongli Optoelectronics (300219) announced that the fund raising of the first public offering of shares in 2011 has been verified by Shenzhen Pengcheng Certified Public Accountants Co., Ltd., “Shenpengjianzi [2011] No. 0147” and “Capital Verification Report”. Among them, Hongli Optoelectronics has implemented the “LED Lighting Technology and Industrialization Project” raised funds of 28 million yuan to inject into Shenzhen Ledia, and has completed the capital increase.

Approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission “Zheng Jian Fa Zi [2011] No. 626”, Hongli Optoelectronics publicly issued RMB 31 million shares of RMB common stock (A shares) with a par value of RMB 1 per share and an issue price of RMB 16.00 per share. The total amount of funds raised for the issuance was 496 million yuan, after deducting the issuance expenses of 294,400 yuan, and the net proceeds raised was 466 million yuan. Shenzhen Lai Diya has allocated 28 million yuan of funds raised to the special fundraising account opened by Bank of China on January 10, 2012, and signed with Bank of China Co., Ltd.
