Every day for 24 hours of daily work, carefully check the proportion. When there is more than the set standard, add the thinner immediately and restore the set standard weight. Conversely, when there is a lower than the set standard, the flux solution should be added immediately to restore the original set weight standard. And make a record for future reference.
HB-LF-906, HB-LF-908, HB-LF-903 are suitable for spraying, foaming or immersion. The specific gravity of the work should be determined by the degree of oxidation of the substrate or part. The specific gravity is generally 0.810~0.830 (20 °C). However, the specific gravity of the flux changes with temperature. For every degree of temperature increase, the flux specific gravity decreases by 0.001. The actual operation can be appropriately increased or decreased according to the temperature of the job site to ensure consistent operating conditions.
In the soldering operation, the wave soldering must have a smooth crest surface, and the solder joints can obtain a good matting effect. For example, hand dip soldering, the matting property is particularly good, and the extinction property is greatly affected by the two peaks. .
It can be used for high speed or low speed soldering, but it is necessary to check the condition of tin liquid and substrate before determining the working speed. It is recommended that the best working speed be maintained for 3-5 seconds. This is the best speed to achieve soldering conditions. If it exceeds 6 seconds, it can't be used. When the welding is good, other substrates or operations may need to be adjusted. It is best to report the results to the relevant manufacturers for negotiation.
Preheating equipment on the soldering machine should keep the soldering surface of the substrate 80-120° to achieve the best effect.
It can be used for long-time secondary work. When the first solder is used, it should be used as low-specific gravity as possible to avoid damage to the substrate and parts due to secondary high temperature and oxidation of the solder joint.
When using the foaming method, please check the air pressure of the air compressor regularly. It is better to prepare a water filter with two or more passes to prevent the moisture from entering the flux and affect the structure and performance of the flux.
When foaming, the foam particles are getting better and better. Attention should be paid to whether the foamed particles are uniform in size. Conversely, there must be blockage of the foaming tube, air leakage or failure. The foaming height should not exceed the surface height of the substrate part in principle.
When the flux in the foaming tank is not used, it should be covered with anti-volatile and water vapor pollution or placed in a clean container. Do not let the flux foam when the substrate is soldered to reduce various types of pollution.
The flux should be completely discharged and replaced with new liquid immediately after 50 hours of use to prevent the deterioration of pollution and aging, affecting the operation effect and quality.
During the operation, the bare board and the parts are protected from sweat, hand stains, grease or other materials. Keep the substrate clean and not contaminated by hand before it is completely dried.
