(1) Frequency jump

When the U/f controlled inverter drives the asynchronous motor, the current and speed of the motor will oscillate in some frequency ranges. In severe cases, the system will not operate, even during the acceleration process, the inverter overcurrent protection action will occur, resulting in the motor. It cannot be started normally, and it is more serious when the motor is lightly loaded or the moment of inertia is small. By using the frequency jump function of the inverter, the jump point and the jump point width can be set on the Uf curve according to the frequency point at which the system oscillates. These frequency segments can be automatically skipped when the motor accelerates to ensure proper system operation.

(2) Overload rate setting

This setting is used for inverter and motor overload protection. When the output current of the inverter is greater than the over-load ratio setting value and the rated motor current value, the inverter performs over-load protection (OL) with the inverse time characteristic, and the inverter stops output when the overload protection is activated.

(3) Input of motor parameters

Some of the parameters input items of the inverter are the input of the basic parameters of the motor, such as the power, rated voltage, rated current, rated speed and number of poles of the motor. The input of these parameters is very important and will directly affect the normal function of some protection functions in the inverter. It must be correctly input according to the actual parameters of the motor to ensure the normal use of the inverter.

Before using the inverter, the actual motor nameplate data, such as rated current, rated voltage and rated frequency, must be input into the inverter. Because the frequency converter has a variety of protection functions, so that the motor can work normally within the allowable range, play the role of protection. For places where the power supply voltage is low, consider whether to cancel the undervoltage shutdown protection function according to the specific situation. After setting the parameters, you should set the prohibition of rewriting parameters to prevent irrelevant personnel from randomly changing.
