I. Overview

Second, installation technical measures

1, out of the box inspection

After the equipment is unpacked, the following visual inspections should be carried out first: the pillars and coil insulation should be free from serious damage and cracks; the coils should be free of deformation, and the pillar insulators and other accessories should be complete. Check the protective paint on the external surface of the reactor for scratches. If there is any scratch, contact the manufacturer. Do not brush ordinary paint.

2, preparation work

(1) Check the verticality and levelness of the support bracket;

(2) Check the size and hole spacing of the base of the reactor should be the same;

(3) Clean the reactor and require no stain on the surface. Check the gap in the reactor for no debris, especially metal objects.

(4) Find the phase sequence of the reactor to be installed according to the phase sequence of the design. The numbers of the same reactor should be the same.

3. Installation measures

(1) Reactors shall be installed according to their number and meet the following requirements:

1 When the three phases are vertically aligned, the winding of the middle one-phase coil should be opposite to the upper and lower phases.

2 When two phases overlap and one phase is juxtaposed, the overlapping two phases are wound in opposite directions, and the other phase is wound in the same direction as the upper phase.

3 When the three phases are horizontally aligned, the three-phase winding should be the same.

(2) The post insulator and the raised seat can be assembled on the ground in advance, so that the strut insulator and the raised seat are on the same straight line, and rubber pads should be added on both sides of the post insulator.

(3) Use a 5 ton shackle to hang on the four hanging points on the reactor star frame and hoist with a 3 m φ18 wire rope.

(4) When installing, the reactor should be lifted off the ground, the height is slightly higher than the total height of the post insulator and the raised seat, then the post insulator and the riser are installed, and the bolt should be pre-tightened. Note that rubber pads should be installed on both sides of the post insulator, and all bolts should be made of anti-magnetic stainless steel bolts.

(5) Lift the reactor to the assembled bracket and remove the shackle for lifting.

(6) Adjust the verticality of the post insulator, and finally weld the bottom of the riser to the bracket.

(7) Assemble the umbrella on the ground and hoist it to the reactor.

(8) When the upper and lower overlap installation, all the pillar insulators of the bottom layer should be grounded, and the remaining pillar insulators are not grounded; when each phase is separately installed, each phase pillar insulator should be grounded, and the grounding wire cannot form a closed loop.

Five, safety precautions

1. When hoisting, it is strictly forbidden to stand under the crane boom and the suspended object.

2. All personnel cannot enter the bottom of the reactor when lifting.

3. All tools must be stable during installation. Prevent the tool from slipping when bolting to prevent damage to the porcelain.

4. Check the internal clearance of the reactor without any debris.
