The design of low-power switching power supply requires AC full-range operation. It is commonly used in auxiliary power supply of high-power power supply or household appliances, 5VSB output part of industrial power supply, PLC-controlled power supply part, independent low-power module power supply, and so on.
Now I will summarize some personal experiences as follows. Welcome everyone to comment and focus on communication!
1. Design method: more by means of integrated PWM chip (including power MOS), or discrete pulse width modulation IC + power MOS; line topology is mostly single-ended flyback and single-ended forward type;
2. The EE, EFD, EPC (19-30) series are used for magnetic materials in the module power supply.
3. Personally used AC/DC conversion low power control IC: Infineon x65 series; PI company TOP series; ST company VIP series; Lingte 1105; ACT series;
4. DC/DC low-power power supply design is more isolated with the help of 384x series;
5.DC/DC low-power non-isolated power supply design uses more ICs, personally used 34063; 494; 2576 series.
