The IO controlled boot circuit has two types of low level and high level output. If the ATX socket is 14 feet, the through IO chip is a low level output. Most of the power failure is caused by the IO chip damage. A few are damaged by the South Bridge. The premise is to eliminate the short circuit of the motherboard.
