1, remote equipment monitoring system principle

The Internet-based remote device monitoring system designed in this paper mainly consists of four parts: building equipment or industrial equipment, PLC control cabinet, intelligent router, and remote server. The building equipment can include air conditioning, lighting, etc. The main function of the PLC control cabinet is to control the opening and closing of the equipment. The role of the remote server is to store the equipment's real-time monitoring information so that the user can view the server in real time through the computer, tablet or mobile phone. 2, smart router design

This article will use Cortex-A8 embedded boards to model smart routers. 2.1 Data Acquisition

This article uses modbus as the transmission protocol for real-time data of the device, and uses the serial port and Ethernet port as the data collection methods. The final data is transmitted to the server through the Ethernet or 3G network, and the data is stored in the server database. The data obtained from the device will all be stored in the SD card of the smart router, and the data uploaded to the server needs only a key part of it. 3.1 Adding New Devices to Be Monitored

Each device to be monitored is uniquely identified by its own device name, device ip, device id, and device port. The system also generates a unique hash value for the device. In data monitoring, the system also stores the hash value as the unique identifier of the device. The purpose of this is to make it possible to modify the device information in the future without modifying too many data tables. Under normal circumstances, in order to better understand the operating status of a device, it is often more than just monitoring one device point of the device, but multiple, and each monitored point may need to be different depending on the sensitivity of its own data. Data monitoring speed. In order to facilitate the user to add new equipment and various information of equipment points and alarm points that need to be monitored, the system provides the user with the tftp transmission mode, so that the user can directly transmit the monitoring file with the specified format to the intelligent router. The user only needs to fill in the relevant file name and tftp server ip when adding a new device.

3.2 Alarm processing

The monitoring system designed in this paper is applied to most of the monitored devices. In addition to monitoring the switching status of the light bulb, which is only on and off, it is also necessary to monitor such numerical values ​​as temperature and humidity. Compared with the numerical value, the switch quantity will be relatively simple to monitor. The monitoring of the numerical value is slightly more complicated because the value of the numerical value is smooth, so that the value may fluctuate up and down from the alarm value in the case of external disturbance. Eventually the system will appear to alarm without warning. In order to solve the above problem, this paper sets a buffer for the numerical alarm value. When the status is no alarm, the alarm will be activated only when the value of the numerical value is greater than the value of the alarm point. When the status is an alarm, the alarm is canceled only when the value of the numerical value is smaller than the value of the alarm point.
