1. 2. Bidding scope The scope of tender for this project includes the addition of an inertization protection system to Shenhua Guohua Mengdian silo coal silo.
2.1 Provide a complete set of inerting protection devices and their ancillary equipment;
2.2 Including system design, debugging and technical services;
2.3 Check the strength of the punching wall;
2.4 The civil design of the equipment and the original equipment or materials that need to be replaced due to the implementation of this project, as well as the changes or additions to the underground facilities, foundations, and platform escalators brought about by the renovation, and the maintenance of the design and materials such as lifting facilities and lighting lamps;

3. Bidder qualification requirements
3.1 The tender requires bidders must also meet the following qualification conditions:
(1) The bidder has an independent legal personality and the registered capital is not less than RMB 5 million.
(2) The bidder has the qualification and ability to design, guide and install the equipment in terms of personnel, equipment, funds, etc. At the same time, the bidder has a coal silo (a single silo with a capacity of not less than 5000m3). Property has not been taken over, frozen, and no major illegal or commercial bribery has occurred.
(5) Consortium bids are not accepted.
(6) Meet the equipment performance and other requirements as stipulated in Schedule 1 of the List of Tendered Goods.
3.2 The person in charge of the unit is the same person or a different unit that has a controlling or managing relationship and may not participate in the same bidding package. Otherwise, the relevant bid will be invalid.
4. Acquisition of tender documents
4.1 The selling price for each set of bidding documents is shown in the “List of Tendered Goods†and will not be refunded after sale. After the bid document fee is paid, the bidder can log on the website to download the bidding documents.
